3.1 By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian for any dependent minors to use this site.

3.2 You are responsible for:

(a) Making all necessary arrangements to access our Services.

(b) Ensuring anyone accessing our Services through your internet connection is aware of and complies with these Terms.

6.5.2 AstraAlgo provides performance tracking of alerts through third-party platforms such as Cornix (operated by Cornix 10 Ltd). Cornix operates independently, and AstraAlgo has no control over its functionality, operation, or the availability or performance of the Services.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 All purchases and subscriptions made through AstraAlgo are final and non-refundable. AstraAlgo does not provide refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

​

(a) Accidental or mistaken purchases, including unintended subscription selections or payment submissions.

(b) Failure to cancel prior to subscription renewal, including automatic renewal if applicable.

(c) Lack of usage of the Services.

(d) Dissatisfaction with the Services.

7.2 By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, chargeback, or credit of any kind. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and billing preferences before renewal dates.

7.3 Any attempt to dispute a valid charge (including but not limited to chargebacks through your bank, card issuer, or payment provider) will be considered a violation of these Terms. AstraAlgo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services and pursue collection of any outstanding balances, including legal fees and costs incurred.

8. Prohibited Uses

8.1 You may not use the Services for:

(a) Illegal purposes or violation of applicable laws.

(b) Infringement of intellectual property rights.

(c) Transmission of malicious code.

(d) Collection of personal data without consent.

(e) Disruption of site functionality or unauthorized access attempts.

8.2 Violation of these rules may result in termination of access without refund.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or performance.

9.2 AstraAlgo will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to financial loss.

10. Indemnification

10.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstraAlgo, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

(a) your violation of these Terms;
(b) your use or misuse of the Services;
(c) your use of third-party platforms in connection with the Services; or
(d) any action taken by you or any third party resulting from your access to or reliance on the Services.

10.2 Additionally, by using the Services through third-party platforms such as Cornix or any other third-party service, you acknowledge and agree that:

​

(a) Any tools, alerts, or performance tracking provided through third-party platforms are part of the Services, are provided for educational and informational purposes only, and do not constitute financial advice.
(b) You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions or actions based on the information or tools provided.

(c) AstraAlgo is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Services on third-party platforms or the information they display.

(d) You remain responsible for any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of third-party platforms, including any direct or indirect losses or damages.

(e) You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstraAlgo against any third-party claims arising from your use of third-party platforms in connection with the Services, including any reliance on the information they display.

10.3 This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of your access to the Services.

11. Affiliate Program

​

11.1 Participation

​

11.1.1 By participating in the AstraAlgo Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to promote our products and services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Participation is at AstraAlgo’s sole discretion, and we reserve the right to reject or terminate any Affiliate at any time.

11.2 Commission Structure

​

11.2.1 “Net Sale” is defined as the purchase amount after deduction of any payment processing fees, including but not limited to PayPal, Stripe, or other payment gateways. Commissions are only calculated on completed purchases.

(a) Monthly Plan: Affiliates earn 10% of the Net Sale per completed monthly subscription.
(b) Annual Plan: Affiliates earn 10% of the Net Sale per completed annual subscription, capped at USD 100 per transaction.
 

11.3 Payment of Commissions

11.3.1 Commissions are paid only for completed transactions. No commission will be paid for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

11.3.2 Commission payments will be issued on the last day of each month via PayPal.

11.4 Affiliate Access

11.4.1 Approved Affiliates may be granted complimentary access to AstraAlgo indicators (“Affiliate Access”) for promotional and educational purposes only.    

11.4.2 To maintain Affiliate Access, the Affiliate must generate at least one (1) completed sale through their referral link within the previous sixty (60) calendar days.  

11.4.3 If no qualifying sale is recorded within this period, Affiliate Access may be suspended until a new sale is completed. AstraAlgo reserves the right to revoke Affiliate Access in cases of continued inactivity or misuse.    

11.4.4 Affiliate Access is non-transferable, may not be shared with third parties, and remains subject to the same terms, restrictions, and conditions that apply to paying subscribers.   

11.4.5 Termination or modification of Affiliate Access under this section applies only to tool access and does not affect the Affiliate’s overall program participation or commissions.

11.5 Affiliate Responsibilities

11.5.1 Affiliates must disclose their relationship with AstraAlgo in accordance with applicable advertising and marketing regulations.
11.5.2 Affiliates must not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical promotion practices, and must not portray AstraAlgo or its products/services in a negative light.
11.5.3 Affiliates are responsible for all taxes or other obligations arising from commission payments and must maintain an active PayPal account to receive commissions.

11.6 Termination and Modification

11.6.1 AstraAlgo reserves the right to terminate or suspend an Affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without cause.
11.6.2 AstraAlgo may modify the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, payment schedules, or terms, at any time.

11.7 Indemnification

11.7.1 Affiliates agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstraAlgo, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

(a) any violation of these Affiliate Terms;
(b) misuse of promotional materials; or
(c) any action by users referred by the Affiliate in connection with the Services.

 

11.7.2 This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of your participation in the Affiliate Program.

12.1 We may update our Terms of Service from time to time to remain compliant with laws or to reflect changes in our practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
